Some Information on What your Case is Worth

You may be wondering what my case is worth.  The truth is every case is unique.  The value of a case depends on many different things. 

First is the amount of your damages.  Some of the questions we ask in trying to determine the amount of your damages are:

Do you have a soft tissue injury, did you break any bones, is your injury permanent, do     you need surgery.  Do you have lost wages in the past or in the future, what are your past        and future medical expenses.   How much pain and suffering did you experience in the    past and will you experience in the future.

The second issue in determining the value of your case is whether a jury or judge will conclude the wrongdoer was responsible for your injuries.

The third issue is whether there is insurance coverage available, if so the amount of insurance coverage and whether the wrongdoer has the ability to pay for your injuries.
